This refreshing Champagne cocktail is perfect for a date—this recipe makes a pair of drinks.
- 1 1/2 oz Square One cucumber vodka
- 3/4 oz Cucumber juice
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Agave nectar
- 187 ml Brut Champagne or other sparkling wine (about 1 split bottle)
Serves 2.
Add all ingredients except Champagne into a large shaker with ice and shake well for 10 seconds.
Double-strain into 2 flutes.
Top each with Champagne and chill the rest of the bottle in an ice bucket.
While drinking, top with more Champagne as desired.
