Meanwhile, the jars are washed and sterilized, then pour the jam into jars, cover well and put in beds until cool. It is stored in the pantry in a cool place and protected from sunlight.

Yogurt cream with melon in 10 minutes!

The face cream is made in a maximum of 10 minutes and is so simple that you can make it with your children who will surely have great fun and enjoy it to the fullest. The consistency is fluffy but dense so you can decorate a fruit cake with it, a cake or you can serve it in cups as I did.

Ingredient (4 cups)

250 gr peach yogurt (or whatever flavor you want)

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

250 gr whipped cream


some wholemeal or classic biscuits

Mix fresh. To mix quickly, put the bowl and the mixer blades in the fridge 10 minutes before you start the cream.

When the whipped cream has hardened perfectly, add the yogurt and a tablespoon of powdered sugar and mix very carefully from the bottom up until it is completely incorporated in the whipped cream.

We arrange a biscuit on the bottom of each cup (I recommend a type of very crumbly biscuits that can absorb the juice left by the melon. I used wholemeal biscuits).

Place a few pieces of melon on top of each cookie.

We put the yogurt cream in each cup.

We decorate the cups on the edges with the remaining cream and in the center we put a few balls of melon and mint leaves.

Cover with the third sheet and spread the rest of the melon cream. We decorate as we like. Put in the fridge preferably until the next day. I served it after 3 hours and the cream had not hardened well. We portion and serve.
