Ailin bruschetta appetizer

I called them that because it's a recipe of my face, enjoyed quickly and prepared just as quickly.

  • 1 piece of red
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt
  • oregano
  • goose fat (for spreading bread)
  • 2 pieces of bread slices
  • 50 grams of grated cheese

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Ailin bruschetta appetizer:

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Grate the garlic over the tomatoes, add the salt, oregano and oil. The resulting composition is left to soak until the bread is prepared. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on the grater with the small holes.

Place the slices of bread on a tray (good to put in the oven), grease with goose fat and lightly brown in the oven.

When the bread has browned, place the seasoned tomato paste over the bread and place the grated cheese on top.
