I had too many apples and in order not to spoil it I made this tart.

  • 170 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 apples
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • A lemon

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

Knead the flour with the sugar, eggs and salt powder (in case it is too floury, add a little water) and let it rest in plastic wrap.

Peel the apples with a vegetable cleaner in long strips and scrape the rest of the apple. Grate the grated apple with 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and leave to cool. When it has cooled, place it over the dough in the tray.

For the roses, boil water, put lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon in the water. The apple peels are boiled until they become soft and can be bent. It rotates around the finger and gives the shape of a flower. The remaining sugar is sprinkled over the roses and put in the oven.
