I like chickpeas, and SunFood gave me the chance to try their wonderful products.
It is an easy and very tasty dish.

  • the canned Sun Food chickpeas
  • a can of whole Sun Food tomatoes
  • an onion
  • a pepper
  • a carrot
  • 400 gr pork
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • parsley

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chickpea stew with pork:

Wash the meat and put it in a frying pan with oil.

Wash, clean and chop the vegetables.

Put a little oil in a pot and then add the onion to the heat. Leave for 3-4 minutes until golden, then add the pepper and carrot for another 3-4 minutes.

We open the chickpea can, drain the water and rinse it. Add the chickpeas to the pot with the hardened vegetables and add a little water until they are all covered.

Let them boil for about 15 minutes then add the canned tomatoes, finely chopped.

Put the fried meat and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.

At the end we add salt, pepper and greens to taste.
